The J Baby program offers a variety of social and educational opportunities for new parents and their little one!
All J Baby classes are FREE to attend, regardless of Alpert JCC Membership Status!
Winter Schedule
🕯️Shabbat Beginnings • Every Friday @ 9:30 AM
Learn the Shabbat Blessings and sing along with your favorite Shabbat songs each week, followed by a story and snuggles.

J Tots
For toddlers ages 12 - 24 months and their parent
*Open to AJCC Members
New Session: January 5, 2026
JTots is a warm, welcoming class designed for toddlers (10–24 months) and their parent or caregiver. It’s a wonderful way to spend time at school, meet our staff, and start building connections before your child is fully immersed in the program this fall.
Here’s what to expect:
🗓️ Classes meet Tuesdays & Thursdays or just Thursdays (9:30 AM)—whatever works best for your family!
⏰ Each session is 90 minutes and includes playtime, meaningful parent discussions, and a snack.
In JTots, you and your child will:
🎶 Sing & sign to encourage early communication
🎨 Explore art and creativity
📖 Enjoy stories and movement
⚽ Get active with fun toddler-friendly games
💬 Chat with educators about parenting topics like setting limits, understanding tantrums, and supporting healthy development
